You now have two options for working with us:
Sponsored Programme:
Apply for our sponsored program. As part of this program, you will take part in a German language course funded by AGHA, either in Nairobi or online. We will also cover the cost of your first B1 exam and provide additional support services, such as application and interview training. We will guide you all the way until you arrive in Germany – at no cost to you. Due to high demand, however, please note that it may take some time before a spot in the program becomes available.
External Candidate:
You can join us as an external candidate by self-financing your German language course. Once you have obtained your B1 certificate, we will gladly introduce you to potential employers in Germany — completely free of charge. And it gets even better: We will reimburse your course fees and the cost of your first exam attempt — up to 900 euros — once you have signed a contract with an employer, we have referred you to through our association.
If your application is successful, you will receive a contract agreement in which AGHA commits to supporting you in finding an employer in Germany, reimbursing your course and exam fees, and providing additional services, such as interview training, free of charge.
